Chancel Choir
"Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, teaching and admonishing one another in all wisdom, singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, with thankfulness in your hearts to God." -Colossians 3:16
The Chancel Choir leads hymns and anthems in the sanctuary at our 11:00 am service. The choir presents Lessons and Carols during advent and other special music during the lenten season. Also, each fall, the chancel choir presents the Smiley Gregg Memorial concert to benefit Habitat for Humanity and Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Northwest Georgia.
Any adult or youth interested in becoming part of the Chancel Choir ministry is welcome to join any time of the year! Come sing with us!
Practice is on Wednesday nights from 7-8:15 PM, as part of Wonderful Wednesday programming, which includes free dinner starting at 5:00 p.m.
