The New Testament

What if the entire New Testament could be understood through a single lens? From the opening words of Matthew's genealogy tracing back to Abraham, to the final vision of a new heaven and new earth in Revelation, the New Testament tells one continuous story: God relentlessly pursuing humanity with love, grace, and redemption. We explore how the four Gospels each present a distinct portrait of Jesus, and why those differences matter. Matthew bridges the Old and New Testaments for a Jewish audience, Mark charges forward with urgency, Luke slows down to capture the full human story, and John reaches back before time itself to declare that Jesus is the eternal Word made flesh. Together, they invite us into a richer, fuller understanding of who Jesus is and what his life, death, and resurrection mean for us. The central question this raises for our own faith journey is one worth sitting with: do we truly grasp the magnitude of what God has done for us in Christ, and are we living in the freedom that grace makes possible?
