- Applicant must have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
- 3 years experience leading Family Ministries is highly preferred.
- Applicant must demonstrate competence in building and overseeing teams of adult and student volunteers who lead in ministry.
- Applicant must have good interpersonal skills.
- Applicant must have a proven record of working well with others.
- Applicant must be a person of high integrity, excellent character, and good reputation.
- Applicant must be passionate, energetic and enthusiastic about children, students, young adults, and building successful families.
