Creating healthy lifestyles and lasting friendships.

We believe that God is interested and invested in the whole person. We also believe that leisure and recreation activities are a mission field to spread the Gospel.

“May our Lord Jesus Christ, Himself, encourage you and strengthen you in all the good things that you say and do.” 2 Thessalonians 2:16

Pickleball

Mondays at 6:30pm in the gym

Pickleball is a paddle sport played with a whiffle ball on a badminton-sized court and a tennis-style net. A non-volley zone (or kitchen) prevents volleys close to the net, and the serving team cannot volley the return of serve. These unique rules favor players with less mobility and allow senior players to compete successfully with younger competitors.

Shuffle Board

Tuesday from 1-3 pm

The Shuffle Board Club was started by Mr. and Mrs. H. Sewell. It is fun competition. The players travel each to participate in the Golden Olympics. They not only compete in Shuffle Board but also play golf, track and field events, checkers, badminton, and many other events offered at the State Games.
